Elizabeth O'Connor
Ms. O'Connor, Principal and Founder of AAC, Inc. is a Certified Public Accountant who received her undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University and her M.B.A. from DePaul University. Ms. O'Connor is widely acknowledged as an expert in the area of financial systems implementations and is a frequent lecturer at industry conferences. She has extensive experience in professional services accounting. Ms. O'Connor began her career in 1983 and has acted as Project Manager for two leading software vending companies. In 1996 Ms. O'Connor formed AAC, Inc. and concentrates on providing consulting services to major professional services firms throughout the world.

Jonathan Chatinover Mr. Chatinover, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AAC, Inc., is a Certified Public Accountant who received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and his M.B.A in Finance from New York University. Mr. Chatinover specializes in financial management analysis, data migration, customization and reporting. Prior to joining AAC in 1998, he worked as Accounting Manager for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, implementing a new financial system at the firm. Mr. Chatinover provides leadership to the user group community through his conference speaking engagements and past participation on the User Group Board. Mr. Chatinover also teaches various classroom and Webex seminars on SQL, the Database Table Structure and other topics. |
Kristin O'Connor
Ms. O'Connor has been with AAC, Inc. since 1998. She served in a managerial role initially, in charge of all corporate operations. Since 2005, Ms. O'Connor has served clients in a consulting role, specializing in technical writing, reconciliations, training and support. Ms. O'Connor is also in charge of AAC's outsourcing engagements. Ms. O'Connor graduated York College of PA with a B.A. in Elementary Education. |
Michael Easterling
Mr. Easterling has over fifteen years of experience implementing and supporting financial systems in the legal industry. He has extensive experience in designing and developing a wide array of custom reporting applications and customizations across multiple platforms. Mr. Easterling provides a wide range of training, including customization tools, sql and financial system applications. He has worked for a large law firm where he led major data automation projects and developed and maintained a vast array of management reports, extracts, interfaces and alerts. Mr. Easterling graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Accounting.

Michael Miars
Mr. Miars started programming database conversions for the legal industry in 1998 and has expanded on that knowledge with custom browser inquiry design, Visual Basic customizations, and data warehousing. Prior to joining AAC, Mr. Miars served in various roles including conversion programmer, trainer, project manager, and manager of the conversions department for a large software vendor. During a short hiatus from the legal industry, he had the opportunity to work on several data warehousing implementation projects in the insurance industry, gaining additional experience and techniques in managing and operating a smooth data migration project. Mr. Miars holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida State University.

Chuck Bressi
Mr. Bressi is a Certified Public Accountant who joined AAC in the beginning of 2007. He has over 25 years of experience in the accounting, law firm and professional services financial management software industries. Mr. Bressi's career includes working for a CPA firm, holding two controller positions at law firms and being a project manager for a major legal software vendor as well as the Director of Consulting Services for that vendor. As an AAC consultant, Mr. Bressi is able to draw on his vast experience and provide top notch consulting services in managing complex implementation projects, business process design, review and re-engineering, executive level training as well as data integrity validation. He is well known as an expert in legal software. Mr. Bressi excels in building order from chaos.

George Sommer
Mr. Sommer brings a diverse career background that includes six years working with large law firms and professional service companies implementing their financial systems. Mr. Sommer has been involved in over 50 financial system implementations, conducting application and managerial training, startup visits, requirements reviews and needs analysis, month-end closings, advanced troubleshooting and general support. He also managed the systems consultants and was responsible for all RFP responses at a major legal accounting software vendor. This responsibility incorporated integrating partner application software and databases that included workflow, CRM, document management and financial reporting. Mr. Sommer graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Computer Science.

Terry Otis
Ms. Otis, has a long, established successful history of consulting to many of the largest law firms in North America. Her specialties include many aspects of legal system technology including system selection, development and all phases of system implementation. As an independent consultant, she served as Project Manager for over 20 CMS.Net implementations. Ms. Otis also spent two years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Solution 6 (now ADERANT). She was also a Senior Consultant for Price Waterhouse and has been given the opportunity to present at many conferences. Ms Otis graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

John Cowhey
Mr. Cowhey has a broad technology and business process development background over a fifteen year career, including ten years in professional services firms. In his previous positions in the legal industry, he has worked on several successful large scale technology deployments and mergers in North America, Europe, Asia and South America. Mr. Cowhey has a wealth of experience in project management, business process design, systems integration and accounting system customization backed up with extensive technical skills gained in the IT sector. His specialty is working with business representatives to develop solid processes and integrating technology to support those processes.

Donna Howarth
Ms. Howarth has twenty years of experience implementing and supporting financial systems in the legal industry. She has been involved in over twenty system implementations, conducting application and managerial training, startup visits, month-end closings, advanced troubleshooting and general support. Ms. Howarth also held diverse positions in software development including designing and testing new software functionality; developing and conducting in-house training programs; working in account management to coordinate and communicate issues between the client staff and vendor staff; and writing technical documentation. Ms. Howarth has extensive experience with setting up systems to meet international requirements and has an in depth knowledge of data structures. Ms. Howarth graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Accounting.
