We enjoyed seeing so many of you in May in San Diego for the user conference and now that summer is coming to an end, we have something special to gear you up for the fall. This tip created quite a buzz when it was shared internally, and we're hoping that you will find it as useful as we have.
This reporting tip deals with the limitation encountered when you need to exclude more than one item while working within GRS. Specifically, the attached document presents a relatively easy, step-by-step tutorial through the process of creating exclusion filters in your report to solve the dilemma. Modifications to the front-end, the report and the underlying view are shown by example.
